Family Readiness Group (FRG)

The NMCB-133 Family Readiness Group (FRG) serves the needs of individuals who share a common experience, particularly that of deployment.

Commands are aware that operational readiness depends not only on a strong military, but also on the strong support of those who do not deploy with the command.

When spouses of deployed service members know their resources, have fun, and can draw on the strength of new friends, coping skills are enhanced and deployment separation anxiety is lessened.

The FRG tries to keep the family and friends of the service members informed about events and activities via email and newsletter.
