Explosive Ordnance Disposal GROUP two
 

Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group Two (EODGRU-2) is a critical component of NECC that clears explosive hazards to provide access to denied areas, employs advanced tactics and technologies to exploit and secure the undersea domain for freedom of maneuver, builds and fosters relationships with trusted partners, and protects the nation. Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group Two in Little Creek, Virginia is an Echelon IV command that man, trains and equips their subordinate mobile units, mobile diving and salvage, training and evaluation units and expeditionary support units to perform combat operations worldwide. Additionally, EODGRU-2 can deploy as a battalion level staff to command and control task forces as needed.

EODGRU-2 oversees EOD Mobile Units (EODMU) 2, 6, and 12 in Little Creek, Virginia; EODMU 8 in Rota, Spain; Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 2 in Little Creek, Virginia; and EOD Expeditionary Support Unit 2 and EOD Training and Evaluation Unit 2 in Little Creek.
