Continually improve Navy Expeditionary Combat Force combat effectiveness through fighting power by synchronizing force development activities and conducting EXW community advanced tactics training and doctrine development to enable NECF to develop, plan and optimally employ and sustain NECF capabilities in support of Naval and Joint Forces.
