OUR MISSION

• Develop and enhance technical skills of every rate and competencies among our construction force. Emphasize the importance of quality in all aspects of construction and operations. The desired end state is to achieve high standards of performance and output.

• Ensure readiness and preparedness for Major Combat Operations. Maintain peak operational capability through material readiness, readiness assessments, drills, exercises, and proficiency in combat-related skills. This effort is crucial for ensuring that our Units of Action can swiftly and effectively respond to operational requirements and challenges when called upon.

• Build up every individual’s mental toughness and ability to withstand difficult and stressful situations. Engaged and approachable leaders that look out for and take care of their Sailors.
