Mission

Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 14 provides advance base construction, battle damage repair, contingency engineering, humanitarian assistance and disaster recovery support to our fleet and unified commanders.

VISION
To further NMCB-14's honorable lineage, though humility, honesty and integrity, continuously preparing to meet our nation's next calling as the immediately available naval mobile construction battalion, to excel as the DoD's engineering force of choice, ready for any mission as directed by the chief of naval operations in the event of war, national emergency or otherwise authorized by law.
