Command Master Chief Marisol Dumlao
Command Master Chief Marisol Dumlao was born in Waukegan, Illinois. After graduating from Escuela Superior Jose Rojas Cortes in Puerto Rico, she enlisted in the Navy in July 1999. Following graduation from basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, she completed RM ‘A’ School in Great Lakes, Illinois.
Command Master Chief Dumlao completed sea duty assignments onboard USS La Moure County (LST 1194) in Little Creek, Virginia; USS Inchon (MCS 12) in Ingleside, Texas; Fleet Maritime Patrol Mobile Operations Communication Center Golf in Whidbey Island, Washington; Mobile Expeditionary Security Squadron NINE in Whidbey Island, Washington; and Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Eight Five in San Diego, CA. She completed a Western Pacific deployment, a UNITAS deployment, deployment to the Philippines and a Rim of the Pacific detachment.
Her shore tours include Reserve Readiness Command Southeast in Jacksonville, Florida; Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command in Norfolk, Virginia; Navy Information Operations Command Pensacola; and Office of the Chief of Naval Personnel where she served as the Deputy Lead for the Uniform Matters Office.
Command Master Chief Dumlao is currently serving with Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE.
Master Chief Dumlao has earned a Master’s Degree from Webster University. She is a graduate of the Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat course and of the Senior Enlisted Academy in Newport, RI (BC 52). She has completed the Senior Enlisted Leader Executive Leadership Symposium, Keystone and the Reserve Senior Enlisted Management Course. Her personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal (Four Awards), Navy Commendation Medal (Four Awards) and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (Four Awards).
