Virginia Beach, Virginia - 200303-N-AP176-1020 VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (March 3, 2020) An explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technician assigned to EOD Group 2 rappels from a tower during training led by EOD Training and Evaluation Unit (EODTEU) 2 at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story.
