Command Master Chief Frank C. Queenlacombe


Master Chief Queenlacombe, a native of Porta De Santa Maria, Spain and residing in Bellingham, Washington, entered the United States Navy in December 1998. Following Equipment Operator “A” School, he completed foundational assignments with Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE and Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) THREE, completing deployments to Australia, Spain, and South Korea. He subsequently served as a Naval Military Training Instructor at the Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering Detachment in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

His operational background is defined by extensive leadership during global contingencies, including deployments with NMCB ONE to Iraq and Guam, and with the 22nd Naval Construction Regiment to Afghanistan. He later helped shape future force readiness during his tenure at Naval Construction Group TWO. Returning to Port Hueneme, Master Chief Queenlacombe served with the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) and completed multiple operational tours with NMCB THREE. During his time with NMCB THREE, he held several key leadership positions, leading Seabees across various locations throughout the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.

A seasoned leader within the Naval Construction Force, he previously served as the Command Master Chief for Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) Port Hueneme before assuming his current duties as the Command Master Chief for NMCB FIVE. Master Chief Queenlacombe is a qualified Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist and Enlisted Expeditionary Warfare Specialist.
