Lt. Cmdr. Bouldin
Lieutenant Commander Bouldin, a native of Grand Prairie, Texas, attended Fort Hays State University, Hays, Kansas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 and a Master of Science degree in 2004. She later earned a Master of Science degree from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2010, and a PhD from Capella University in 2017.
Enlisting in the Navy Reserves as a Radioman Third Class Petty Officer in 1997, she served with Mobile Inshore Undersea Warfare Unit 109 until 2000, transferring to Commander, Seventh Fleet Det 111. As an Information Systems Chief Petty Officer, she mobilized to Commander, Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa for one year and extended the mobilization to Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center, Little Creek, until accepting her commission in October 2007. Upon commissioning, she transferred to Full Time Support in the Human Resources community, where she served as the MPT&E Deputy OSO for the Chief of Naval Personnel. Later assignments include: Naval Postgraduate School as the Protocol Officer and the Deputy Director of the Human Resources Center of Excellence; Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command as the N33 Travel Officer and, subsequently, the N31 Current Operations Assistant Director; Commanding Officer of Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Madison, and NOSC Norfolk as the N1 and N01 Department Head, Command Security Manager, Civilian Personnel Manager, and acting Executive officer. Currently, LCDR Bouldin is assigned to Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center (ECRC) in Norfolk as the Executive Officer.
Her personal awards include the Joint Commendation Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (six awards), and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (four awards), as well as other personal, unit, and campaign awards.
