Welcome to the SEVENTH Naval Construction Regiment (7 NCR)! We are homeported in Gulfport, Mississippi. Reporting to Naval Construction Group (NCG) 2, the regiment exercises command and control of two naval mobile construction battalions: NMCB-14 and NMCB-27.
