Lt. Cmdr. Justin P. Henry
 Lt. Cmdr. Henry is from Johnstown, Pennsylvania and began his military career by enlisting in the Marine Corps Reserves as a military police officer in 2000. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2002. He was mobilized in 2003 with Military Police Co. B in support of OIF.  He was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in 2008 under a conditional release and acceptance into the Civil Engineer Corps through the Direct Commission Officer program. 
 
Lt. Cmdr. Henry’s first commissioned assignment was to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23 where he held the positions of Assistant Training Officer, Pittsburgh Detachment 1223 OIC, and FTX Air Detachment AOIC. He mobilized in 2011 as Theater Security Cooperation Team ONE OIC to support CDR USSOUTHCOM’s Theater Campaign Plan including Southern Partnership Station 2012. From 2013 to 2017 he was attached to CNFK DET ENG and participated as a watch officer for USFK in Daegu, and CNFK in both Busan and Chinhae, including exercises Korea United, Key Resolve, and Ulchi Freedom Guardian. He served as the Deputy Operations Department Head and Plans Officer at USFJ Detachment 105 from November 2017 to June 2020.
 
Lt. Cmdr. Henry is currently serving as the N1 of Navy Reserve Navy Expeditionary Combat Command Headquarters.
 
Lt. Cmdr. Henry is Seabee Combat Warfare qualified and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.  In his civilian capacity, Henry is employed as a Senior Project Engineer for Matrix PDM Engineering in Pittsburgh PA, a construction engineering firm in the oil and gas, power, steel, and chemical industries.  He has worked in the private sector for 16 years as a design and field engineer, construction manager, and project manager.
