TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands - TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Oct. 1, 2020) Steel Worker 3rd Class Andrew Cuellar, left, and Builder 2nd Class Eli Arwood, both assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, Construction Dive Detachment Alfa, inspect a buoy within the Tinian Harbor. UCT-2 is conducting inspections as part of a maritime infrastructure assessment of the harbor and surrounding waterfront facilities in Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands during their 20-2 Indo-Pacific deployment.
