 &lt;li&gt;The Naval Expeditionary Logistics Force reinforces blue-water lethality by providing a wide-range of supply and transportation support critical during competition, crisis, and conflict.&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;The Naval Expeditionary Logistics Force conducts a variety of missions to include rearm, repair, resupply, refuel, replenish, restore, and revive integrated U.S. Naval forces.&lt;/li&gt;
 &lt;li&gt;NAVELSG is responsible for providing expeditionary logistic capabilities for the Navy, primarily within the maritime domain of the littorals.
 &lt;ul&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;Conduct surface and air cargo handling missions, cargo terminal and warehouse operations, fuels distribution, postal services, customs inspections, ordnance reporting and handling, and expeditionary communications&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;NAVELSG is an &amp;ldquo;operational Reserve&amp;rdquo; command of which 10% or personnel are active-duty and 90% are Reserve forces&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;li&gt;NAVELSG is a vital enabler of maritime prepositioning forces and joint logistics over the shore&lt;/li&gt;

 &lt;li&gt;The Naval Construction Force reinforces blue water lethality and bridges the gap between sea and shore by building and repairing port infrastructure.&lt;/li&gt;

NEXWDC is a subordinate command of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC). NECC is responsible for organizing, manning, training, equipping, and sustaining the NECF to execute combat, combat support, and combat service support missions across the full spectrum of Naval, Joint, and Combined operations which enable access from the sea and freedom of action throughout the sea-to-shore, and inland operating environments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
