Homeport Liaison Officer:
The HLO, along with the Ombudsmen, is the primary command point of contact for a Sailor’s family. They work with Fleet and Family Support Center and other base services to provide support to the families of NMCB FOUR. This position is also called the Family Readiness Officer and is there to help the families during deployment and homeport.
